We recently noticed that certain companies that are not our affiliates use the Chinese characters of “羅克韋爾” in their company names. Some of them even claim that they are affiliates, subsidiaries or branches of Rockwell Automation, Inc. In order to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding, we hereby make this Statement as follows:
近期，我公司注意到部分與我公司不存在任何關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系的公司在其公司名稱中使用“羅克韋爾”字樣，其中部分公司還聲稱其系羅克韋爾自動化有限公司或者Rockwell Automation的關(guān)聯(lián)公司、子公司或者分公司。為免混淆和誤認，我公司特此聲明如下：

1. As of the date of this Statement, all subsidiaries registered within the territory of the mainland of the People’s Republic of China and owned by us directly or indirectly are listed below:
截至本聲明之日，我公司在中華人民共和國大陸地區(qū)范圍內(nèi)直接或者間接設立的全部子公司如下：

In addition, Rockwell Automation (China) Company Limited has established a few branches across China, the names of which branches all include the Chinese characters of “羅克韋爾自動化（中國）有限公司”.
其中，羅克韋爾自動化（中國）有限公司還在各地設立了若干分公司，該等分公司的中文名稱均含有“羅克韋爾自動化（中國）有限公司”字樣。

2. Except for the aforesaid subsidiaries and branches, we have neither contributed capital into, nor do we have any affiliation with or control over, any other companies or branches registered within the territory of the mainland of the People’s Republic of China the name of which contains the Chinese characters of “羅克韋爾”. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we do not have any affiliation or business relation with each of the following companies:
除上述子公司和分公司外，我公司與在中華人民共和國大陸地區(qū)范圍內(nèi)注冊成立的其他名稱中包含“羅克韋爾”字樣的公司或者分公司均不存在任何形式的出資、隸屬、關(guān)聯(lián)或控制關(guān)系，包括但不限于以下各公司均與我公司沒有任何關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系，也不存在任何形式的業(yè)務關(guān)系：
